2, 1) The machine initializes well, but the LCD display can't run. 2) The LCD display runs well, but the key-press doesn't work.	1, Problems about the contrast grade of the LCD display. 2, The key-press cable is disconnected. 3, The key-press is aged.	Adjust the contrast grade of the LCD display, the operation details are as follows: Setup Menu-User Setup Menu-LCD Contrast, then adjust it, confirm and save it.	The key-press cable should be aimed at its interface on the mainboard, then insert the cable to its interface well.	Replace the key-press or LCD display.
3, The printing width is not enough.	1, The paper is skew. 2, Problems about the encoder strip.	Use the paper jam inductor to prevent the paper being skew.	Change 'Margins' into 'Expand' or initializing and reset it.	Replace an encoder strip of the original factory.
4, The printing length is not enough.	1, The speed of paper-throw system or carriage is too high or too low. 2, The mainboard calibration is not saved. 3, Measure the outside diameter of the roller with the caliper.	Adjust the carriage speed to the optimum one.	Axis test and the operation details are as follows: Utility Menu-Calibration Menu-Use Calib XY, replace the original data 83,82cm with actual data.	The outside diameter of paper-throw wheel should be 64.3cm, neither too long nor too short.
5, During printing, the printhead appears ink leakage or ink cut, but it is normal after pausing or pumping the ink gun.	1, The connecting of the ink-supply system becomes loose. 2, The ink in the ink reservoir and printhead is overmuch or too little.	Tighten the ink pipe cap or connect ink needle to the printhead more tightly.	The volume of the ink in the ink reservior should account for 2/3 of the whole, and the ink in the printhead should be 20ml.	Clean the ink gun with paper.
6, After changing the paper normally, the machine can't print.	1, The papers are under standard, so the printer is unable to test the paper. 2 The printing cable doesn't transfer data. 3, Problems about the mainboard.	Reload the printing media or replace with standard papers.	Replace the printing cable.	If replacing the printing cable doesn't solve the problem, please replace the mainboard.
7, During the machine printing, the machine points out：'unrecognized cartridge(s)'on the LCD display.	1, The contact of the decryption card is too dusty or the decryption card is not inserted tightly. 2, The decryption card is destroyed. 3, The mainboard is destroyed.	Take off the decryption card, and clean the contact, then reinsert it tightly. Normally, restarting the machine can solve the problems.	Replace the decryption card.	If the former two methods can't solve the problem, please replace the mainboard.
8, The machine starts normally, but it can't print after the computer outputs data.	1, The printing cable is not connected tightly. 2, The printing chip on the mainboard is burnt out.	Connect the printing cable tightly and restart the computer and machine.	Replace the printing cable.	Replace the mainboard.
9, During printing, the ink carriage pauses at two sides, the printing speed is too low, and the machine stops working suddenly.	1, The two ends of the printing cable become loose. 2, The printing cable is too long. 3, The machine can't recognize the ECP printing interface port of the computer.	Check whether the 2 ends of printing cable become loose, then replace the printing cable to check whether it is the problem about the printing cable.	The printing cable is too long or it is poor quality, which all can affect the correctness of the transport, so we recommend using the printing cable with length below 3m IEEE 1248 double screen cable.	Set the printing interface port in CMOS. The operation details are as follows： Restart the computer, when the computer is self-checking the hard disk, press the 'DEL' to enter CMOS setup, then enter INTEGRATED PERIPHERALS function option, set the Parallel Port Mode into ECP, then save your setup and exist BIOS setup.
10, The picture is printed with strip or lines.	The nozzles of the printhead are blocked or the printhead runs out of life.	Print the testing strip firstly, the printhead nozzles have been damaged and can't be used anymore if it appears color lump in the testing strip; Some nozzles are blocked if it appears broken lines in the testing strip, and the printhead still can be used after you clean it with prime tool. You can also clean the printhead by hand, and the manual cleaning method is as follows： immerse the printhead in warm water for a few minutes, then graze it lightly with soft tissue without paperscrap or something like it, and it can also be dried naturally. Please note that it is forbidden to clean the ink gun, and printhead can only be used to print after it is dried.		Replace the printhead
11, Single printhead doesn't inkjet.	1, The printhead is burnt out or blocked. 2, The chips on the contact cable are damaged. 3, Some problems with carriage board.	Make transposition of the well-worked printhead and abnormal printhead. If the abnormal printhead can print well at the instead place, and the well-worked printhead can't print at the instead place, it accounts for that there are some problems with contact cable with the abnormal print head, and it needs to replace new contact cable; if the abnormal printhead can't print at the instead place, and the well-worked printhead can print, it accounts for that the abnormal printhead is broken, and it needs to replace new printhead.		If it still can't print after replacing contact cable and printhead, please replace carriage board finally.
12, More than one printhead don't inkjet.	1,The data cable is damaged. 2,The carriage board is damaged.	Check if the copper wires in the data cable are exposed, please replace the data cable if there are exposed parts.	Clean the carriage board with alcohol, then retry, if the problem is still not be resolved, please replace the carriage board.	Print testing strip with each printhead, please replace the ones which have too many blocked nozzles.
13,The LCD display shows: 'Carriage Axis Failure'	1, There is over resistance caused by the damage of the coppers and belt wheel. 2, The general lifetime of the servo motor is 2000-3000 hours, if usage time oversteps this scale, it could cause the damage of the servo motor.	Check whether the turn of the belt wheel bearing is normal, if it appears out of shape or turns non-swimmingly, it will clarify that the belt wheel is damaged.	Take down the copper, then clean it with alcohol and retry it.	Go to 'Servo Cycle Test', if the resistance data is increasing or the noise is too much, it will clarify that the usage time of the servo motor is too long, and it needs to replace the servo motor
14,The LCD display shows 'Bad Carriage Paper Sensor'	1, The connecting between the testing media sensor and the interface on the carriage board becomes loose. 2, Inside circuits of the testing media sensor short-circuit, and it causes the testing media sensor damaged.	Power off the machine, and pull out the cable of the testing media sensor, then reinsert it into the interface on the carriage board tightly.	Replace the testing media sensor.
15, The LCD display shows：'CBSet: voltage failure (2,0x0.2,11100 or 2,0x3fff,11300)'.	1, The voltage is unstable. 2, The groundwire is not connected well. 3, The carriage board is damaged.	Measure the voltage with the universal electric meter, and advise to stabilize the voltage with the UPS stabilized voltage supply.	Check if the groundwire is connected well or not. Normally, the groundwire should be put at the depth of 1-2m underground.	If the problem is still not resolved after trying the former two methods, please replace the carriage board.
16,The LCD display shows 'Bad Auto Load Paper Sensor'	The short circuit of the load media sensor causes it damaged.	Replace the load media sensor.
17, The LCD display show 'Servioeboj: Prealloc Memout'	The printing document is too big, which causes the memory not enough.	Replace the memory chip or expand the memory.
18, The carriage board jumps when the machine is initializing.	1, The data cable is not connected well. 2, The encoder is not connected well. 3, The servo motor is burnt out, the L6203 chip on the mainboard is burnt out.	Pull out the data cable and reinsert it tightly, or replace the data cable.	Pull out the cable of encoder and reinsert it into the interface tightly.	Replace the servo motor, and then replace the mainboard
19, When the machine is initializing, the carriage board moves to the left side and the machine reports error.	1, The testing media sensor is damaged. 2, The testing media sensor is not connected to the carriage board well.	Replace the testing media sensor.	Pull out the cable of the testing media sensor and reinsert it tightly.
20, The four colors transplace at the same time when printing.	1, The servo motor is aged. 2, The belt and belt wheel transplace. 3, The clearance between the copper and guide shaft is too big.	The servo motor has been aged, please reduce the speed of carriage.	Replace the belt and belt clip.	Replace the copper.
21, The machine pauses suddenly and makes a sound of 'D D D' when it is working normally.	1, This case is normal. 2, The infrared inductor warns you that the paper is used up.	Reload a new roll of paper.
22, During the machine printing picture, the printed picture shows big ink point and low resolution.	1, Check if the color calibration is correct. 2, The height between the printhead and the paper is too large. 3, The space between the upper balancer and lower balancer is too big.	The steps of calibration are as follows：Utility Menu- Color Calib Menu-Save User	Adjust the position of the printhead.	Replace the upper and lower balancers.
23, The machine works normally, but the feeding media system can't run.	1, Printing media is not loaded. 2, The media feeding and take-up cable is not connected to the mainboard well. 3, The feeding and take-up function of the mainboard is not complete.	Load the printing media and test it.	Connect the media feeding and take-up cable to the interface on the mainbaord tightly.	Replace the mainboard
24, Ink-level alarm system can't run.	1, The 24V power cord of ink-level alarm system is disconnected. 2, Ink-level alarm system short-circuits or it is damaged.	Connect the 24V power cord of ink-level alarm system.	Replace the ink reservoir of the ink-level alarm system
